Call for tenders – Service Provider for “Go-to-Market” Support under FUTURE4PRIMA

FUTURE4PRIMA is launching a call for a service provider to deliver tailored Go-to-Market support to the two winning projects of the 2026 PRIMA2Business pitching competition. Deadline for submission: 14 May 2026, 18:00 CEST.

The PRIMA Foundation, in its role as coordinator of the Horizon Europe project FUTURE4PRIMA, invites tenders for the provision of specialised “Go-to-Market” support services.

The selected service provider will support the two winners of the 2026 PRIMA2Business pitching competition by helping them accelerate the market uptake of research results and move closer to practical application, investment readiness, and deployment. The support will be tailored to the needs expressed by the selected beneficiaries during the pitching process.

The services may include, among others, prototyping and laboratory validation, market research and competitor analysis, legal support on intellectual property rights or spin-off creation, business plan development, investment readiness and pitching support, licensing and contractual support, communication and branding strategy, standards compliance and technical validation, and matchmaking with industry stakeholders and investors.

The selected contractor will be required to attend the PRIMA2Business pitching competition, taking place on 25 June 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus, in order to directly assess the needs of the winning beneficiaries. All related costs, including travel, accommodation and subsistence, are included in the fixed contract price.

The total budget for this procurement is €20,000 VAT included, corresponding to a maximum fixed value of €10,000 VAT included per beneficiary. The selected contractor will deliver services directly to the beneficiaries under the coordination and control of the PRIMA Foundation. This contract does not constitute financial support to third parties.

Interested tenderers must submit their offer in English, in PDF format, signed by the authorised representative, and in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference. Offers must include evidence of relevant technical and professional capacity, qualifications and experience of the proposed Lead Expert, a technical proposal of maximum two A4 pages, a financial offer, and the required Declaration on Honour.

Late, incomplete, unsigned, or non-compliant offers will not be considered. Applicants are invited to consult the full Terms of Reference for detailed eligibility, submission, evaluation and contractual requirements.
