F4P-EIESB Preparatory Meeting Sets the Stage for Cyprus Impact Pathway Workshop

The FUTURE4PRIMA Enabling Innovation Ecosystem Stakeholder Board (F4P-EIESB) convened online on 10 June 2026 for a preparatory meeting dedicated to the upcoming Cyprus Impact Pathway Workshop. The session aimed to establish a shared understanding among participants regarding the workshop’s objectives, methodology, and expected outputs.

The meeting brought together F4P-EIESB members and stakeholders involved in shaping the future PRIMA innovation ecosystem roadmap. Participants received an overview of the broader co-creation process and the strategic role of the Cyprus workshop within the FUTURE4PRIMA roadmap development.

A central focus of the meeting was the introduction to the impact pathway methodology, presented as a structured approach to better connect research outputs with societal, environmental, and policy impacts. The discussions highlighted how impact pathways can support research valorisation, innovation uptake, and contributions to sustainable development goals across the Mediterranean region.

The preparatory session also clarified the practical organisation of the Cyprus workshop, including plenary discussions, group work sessions, participant roles, and expected contributions. Organisers emphasised the importance of collaborative engagement and a common methodological understanding to ensure productive workshop outcomes.

The Cyprus workshop represents a key milestone in the FUTURE4PRIMA co-creation process, which aims to develop actionable innovation pathways and implementation strategies for PRIMA 2. The broader process includes defining strategic priorities, identifying barriers and opportunities, and validating pathways for long-term impact and sustainability.
